Bob was born on Manhattan’s east side and is the son of a former Broadway
choreographer and grandson to a vaudeville singer, emcee and comic. A
graduate of Nassau College in New York he received his degree in television
journalism and production.

Reuben Leder grew up in the movie business working with his sister Mimi
(now a multiple DGA and Emmy winning director) on the many low budget
independent features written, produced and directed by their father, Paul
Leder, ("Going To Chicago" - winner of 'Best of the Fest'/Santa Barbara Film
Festival 1990).
